Getting Started:
Contact us to discuss this new career opportunity. We work with each student every step of the way. Applicants are encouraged to visit the school to determine if this great career is the right move for you. The staff will provide information about the training programs and admission requirements, the professional trucking industry, job placement assistance, the costs of training and financing available.

All applicants are required to complete an Enrollment Application, provide a copy of a valid driver’s license and a copy of a physical examination on a DOT form (available at the School). Admission is open to high school graduates/GED (or those who demonstrate an ability-to-benefit). Applicants must possess a driving record free of current serious violations and be able to pass a drug screen if administered.

At WACTC, we believe that truck driver training should be both a good value and affordable. So we make certain that paying for school is within reach for anyone that wants a new career. The school is committed to providing financial assistance to students. Programs may be funded by Workforce Investment (WIA), Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans Administration, TAA/NAFTA and other state and federal programs for the unemployed or dislocated worker. Our experienced staff will help you determine the best way for you to complete your training. Plus, SAGE has resources for private financing that include no money down loans, easy credit, low monthly payments and employer paid loans available for those who qualify.
